You'll work in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, and product managers, running sprints, reviewing code, and making decisions that affect a live product. No hand-holding. No toy projects. Real accountability.
By Week 8, you present on Demo Day with a deployed product, a portfolio case study, and the experience of working like a professional. That's what gets you hired. That's what gets you funded.
8-Week Program Breakdown
From idea to deployed product in 8 weeks.
Onboarding and Setup
Team formation, tools setup (Git/GitHub, Trello/Notion), product briefing and role assignments.
Planning Phase
Feature breakdown, task assignment, first sprint planning, and technical architecture decisions.
Build Phase I
First sprints begin. Core features development, daily standups, code reviews and pull requests.
Build Phase II
Feature releases, integration testing, weekly retrospectives and scope adjustments.
Finalization
Debugging, UI/UX polish, performance fixes, user testing, and final deployment prep.
Demo Day
Live product presentation, portfolio case study writing, and certificate of completion.
